Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Kalasha AI Service operated by CFRM Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Kalasha AI provides website analysis, growth intelligence reporting, and related digital tools ("Service") through ai.kalashastudio.com. The flagship product, Growr, analyses publicly accessible websites and generates Growth Intelligence Briefings based on that analysis.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for business use and you represent that you have the authority to submit URLs for analysis on behalf of any business whose website you analyse.
To access paid features and your report history, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@kalashastudio.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Paid reports (₹999 Growth Diagnosis and ₹2999 Growth Intelligence Briefing) are one-time purchases. Payment is processed by Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our Service (digital reports generated on demand), we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, contact us within 48 hours at hello@kalashastudio.com and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
Our reports are generated through automated analysis using industry-standard tools including headless browser crawling and Lighthouse auditing. While we strive for accuracy, all scores, estimates, and recommendations in our reports are based on publicly available data at the time of analysis and should be treated as guidance rather than definitive audits. The Revenue Loss Index and similar metrics are modelled estimates based on industry benchmarks and are not guarantees of actual revenue impact. We recommend verifying critical findings with appropriate technical professionals before making significant business decisions.
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by CFRM Technologies Pvt Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your Growth Intelligence Briefing reports are for your personal or business use. You may not resell or redistribute reports without our written permission. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated analysis data to improve our Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CFRM Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that our reports will be completely accurate or comprehensive. Use of the Service and reliance on any report is at your own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
